My friend Ervin just opened a new wellness studio, ALLEZ HOP! (alle'op).

Allez hop! is a boutique style facility in the midst of the Makati Business District.

Ervin started as an auxiliary physiotherapist in FEU-NRMF Medical Center in 2001. He joined CORE Fitness in 2002 under the tutelage of Cheska Winebrenner and Paolo Villarroel, collaborating and specializing in Sports Conditioning Programs and Pilates Training. Later on Managed the Operations of CORE Fitness Makati Branch on 2004. He currently handles high profile clients based in Makati, Ortigas and Fort Bonifacio

I was able to see the place when they opened, it was nice. So if you live close by, or just want to be fit and visit Allez hop!
